This very compact and lightweight bag has a wide usage temperature range. Sleep peacefully at 5 15 C thanks to these 2 3/4 zips with double slider to manage heat: custom ventilation.

Usage temperature :
- On all of our sleeping bags, we display the comfort temperatures tested by an independent laboratory (AITEX) according to the European standard NF ISO 23537 - 2017.
- The comfort temperature is the lower limit of comfort in which the user in relaxed posture is generally in thermal equilibrium and is neither cold nor hot (determined for a standard woman and under normal conditions of use). Choose your sleeping bag based on it.
What are the limit usage temperatures? :

However, what you need to know about temp ratures :
A sleeping bag does not produce heat but retains the heat produced by the body. If you are then, cooled and you slip into your freezing and wet sleeping bag, you risk being cold, whatever its qualities! These temperatures therefore depend on the cold resistance of the person (body size, fatigue,), his equipment (mattress insulating the ground,), his clothing (naked, underwear,), and climatic conditions (humidity, wind,) ..
For more comfort before you slip into your bag :
- Dress simply (1 layer of clothing is enough).
- Heat your extremities: hats, gloves, socks, heaters, friction
- A bottle of hot water can be used as a hot water bottle (if there is no risk of unexpected opening!)
- Contract your muscles (70% of the energy consumed is transformed into heat) but without making a movement that generates a flow of cold air.
- Use a bag sheet to optimize the warmth and hygiene inside your bag.

- "Generous" sarcophagus shape: wide at the shoulders and tightened at the level of the feet to optimize thermal insulation (no heat loss) and compactness, while maintaining relative freedom of movement.
- Shoulder width 70 cm, height at the feet 32 cm in size L.
- Ergonomic hood with drawstring.
- Two double slider side zips to allow side openings. You can then manage the intake of fresh air and mechanically ventilate your bag.

Try your bag before buying to choose the right size for your comfort. The advantage of a sarcophagus-shaped sleeping bag is to optimize the weight / volume and heat ratio. Indeed, with a bag close to the body, you will have less volume to heat (saving your energy). Conversely, this type of bag can limit your freedom of movement, especially when the zips are closed.
