The Mavic Crossmax SL S is a light and versatile aluminum alloy wheel that meets all these expectations. Designed around a specific rim profile combining a 25mm internal width and Mavic's patented ISM 4D technology, this wheel boosts the performance of your bike, at a lower price than carbon wheels. The ISM 4D process includes the machining of the rim in the less stressed areas, in order to reduce the weight of the rim without compromising its solidity. The rim also benefits from Mavic's Black Shield technology, which protects it from scratches and shocks. Attack head-on and without hesitation, rocky terrain and difficult trails.

The manufacture of the rims of the Crossmax SL S model uses Mavic's Fore technology, with a completely sealed upper bridge, which makes it possible to dispense with the rim tape. Each wheel weighs 30 grams less and eliminates a tedious operation before installing a tubeless tire. The lighter Infinity hub platform allows for new lacing which increases stiffness and therefore enables better power transfer. The Instant Drive 360 freewheel body with double ratchet allows for quick engagement.
