As summer turns to fall, we still have a few months of amazing driving, but when we have to start dressing warmer, we lack the freedom to wear just one jersey. That's why Castelli made this jacket. Castelli used the lightest, most stretchy fabrics we have. to make a jacket that cuts most of the wind, remains highly breathable, offers remarkably high levels of water protection, and virtually disappears so you don't really notice it.

It's a performance piece, so Castelli kept her focused on the task at hand. There is nothing superfluous, unless you consider that the large reflective panel on the back is unnecessary. We don't. We've given it a slim fit so there isn't any fabric fluttering in the wind, which also helps keep the jacket warm. The pockets are generous and easily accessible, the zipper slides easily and the logo is discreet.

4-way-stretch Polartec® NeoShell® fabric on the front and upper sleeves is windproof, waterproof and highly breathable
Nano Flex Light woven fabric on the back is highly breathable while blocking out wind and splashes from light rain or wet roads
The cut close to the body remains very comfortable thanks to the 4-way stretch of all fabrics
