Antioxidant Hydrixir dosage :
In Cold / Temperate Weather:
- 0.6L: 3 level measures
- 0.8L: 3.5 level measures
- 1L: 4.5 level measurements
- 1.5L: 7 level measures
- Drink from the start of the effort one to two full mouths every 5 to 10 minutes.
- The body needs more calories to fight against the cold: therefore respect the recommended dosage.
- Complete energy intake by consuming one OVERSTIM.s gel per hour.
- Some Hydrixir can be consumed hot: Salted hydrixir tomato flavor, Hydrixir tea-lemon, tea-peach, green tea-mint and tea-raspberry.
- 0.6L: 2 level measures
- 0.8L: 2.5 level measures
- 1L: 3.5 level measurements
- 1.5L: 6 level measures
- Drink from the start of the effort one to two full mouths every 5 minutes.
- Provide neutral water to sprinkle and rinse your mouth.
- In the event of a decrease in dosage, supplement the energy supply by consuming a gel every 3/4 of an hour.
- To avoid saturation and rejection of sweetness, opt for the salty tomato flavored Hydrixir, the Hydrixir Bitter Tonic (slightly bitter aroma), Mint or Licorice-mint.
